Gingerbread Hunt Loose in the School

On Friday, we went on a scavenger hunt throughout the school. We received a note from the office that there was a gingerbread on the loose. We followed all the clues, which lead us around different parts of the school. One of the clues was even hidden in Mr. Celik's office! Our class has gone above & beyond on IXL! I am so proud of all my students! Within the first week our class has already met many goals and received 5 certificates. We're Baking Some Smart Cookies in Kindergarten

Our December family projects turned out wonderful! Every single gingerbread was extremely creative! I'm sure no fox could catch them with their clever disguises on.

Buddy Class Activity

Before Winter Break, our 4th grade buddy class came downstairs to do a reading activity with us. Together we read several holiday stories and talked about the story elements we found in the text.

Elf on the Shelf

Our crazy classroom elf Jewels officially  left back to the north pole on December 19th! We miss her so much, but she was definitely up to no good when she was in our class.
